The FOLI Premium Mature Balsamic Vinegar is naturally aged, beautifully balanced, authentically crafted and presented in a distinctive premium glass bottle.

Produced in Moderna, it is made exclusively from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, with no added caramel, colourings or preservatives.

Natural ageing gives it a deep brown colour, exceptional clarity and a harmonious sweet-and-sour profile. Its aroma is rich yet refined, while the taste is rounded, lingering and naturally sweet, derived solely from grapes.
