Delivery

We aim to make delivery as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Please ensure that the delivery name and address you provide at checkout are accurate and complete. Unfortunately, Foliclub Ltd can’t be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

UK Delivery

For deliveries within mainland UK, orders are usually sent via Royal Mail or, where appropriate, a trusted courier.

Royal Mail aims to deliver most services within 1–3 working days, although in some cases delivery can take up to 14 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

While delays are rare, we’re unable to accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by Royal Mail or courier services once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We’re happy to ship to many international destinations. Delivery partners and times will vary depending on your location.

Please be aware that some international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
