Description

The FOLI Premium Mature Balsamic Vinegar is naturally aged, beautifully balanced, authentically crafted and presented in a distinctive premium glass bottle.

 

Produced in Moderna, it is made exclusively from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, with no added caramel, colourings or preservatives.

 

Natural ageing gives it a deep brown colour, exceptional clarity and a harmonious sweet-and-sour profile. Its aroma is rich yet refined, while the taste is rounded, lingering and naturally sweet, derived solely from grapes.

I’ve been really enjoying the FOLI Balsamic Vinegar.
It has a lovely rich flavour without being too sweet, and a little goes a long way.
I’ve been using it on salads, tomatoes and even with a bit of cheese.
Really delicious and a great addition to the kitchen.
