The name FOLI reflects our essence: the heart of the olive - ‘oli’ - and a touch of French flair - 'folie'. Our mission is to help you make every meal extraordinary.

OUR STORY
FOLI was founded by Nohra, who grew up in a large, close-knit family near Lyon. It was a household where food was simple, abundant and enjoyed wholeheartedly. Meals were built around fresh vegetables from her father’s garden and produce from daily market trips with her mother.
Olive oil was always an essential ingredient, defining every meal, and becoming a lifelong symbol of nourishment, longevity and connection. Later, when Nohra’s busy career led to her using shop-bought dressings, she not only found them a far cry from her mother’s homemade vinaigrette, but also over-processed and full of additives.
That is how Foli was born. Nohra created FOLI to offer a healthy, natural and delicious alternative that tastes exquisite and looks beautiful on the table to satisfy health-conscious food lovers like her.

At FOLI, sustainability is designed into every detail. Our bottles are made from glass, which preserves product quality and can be reused endlessly.
We use a lightweight, recyclable aluminium cap and a responsibly designed flow reducer which ensures precise pouring and waste reduction.
All outer packaging is made from cardboard, chosen for its recyclability and low environmental impact.
We prioritise durable, recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary plastics wherever possible, focusing on ethical, long product life and packaging designed to be recycled.
