Orders
We currently ship within the UK and offer international delivery to various overseas locations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location; please note that tax is included for UK orders, but the payment of taxes, customs and duties remains the responsibility of the buyer for other countries.
Orders processed locally will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
You will receive specific delivery details in your confirmation email.
Orders placed beyond 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Yes. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your FOLI dressings right to your door.
If the product is not yet in stock or currently sold out, you can pre-order to secure your favourite FOLI products.
Payment will be deducted at checkout as soon as the order is placed, your order will be dispatched as soon as it is in stock. You will receive a notification email once the order has been fulfilled.
Should you not see your country as a delivery option, contact us and request a quote
If you have a change of heart over your flavours, drop us a message immediately! We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note we cannot amend orders once they have been processed for shipping.

Simply select your favourite blends, choose your delivery frequency and join FOLI Club to ensure you never run out of your FOLI favourites.
We offer flexible plans tailored to your lifestyle.
Just select monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions and you will get a 15%, 10% or 5% discount based on the frequency of deliveries chosen. An over-order can always be used as a beautiful gift.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your FOLI Club account dashboard or contact us.

Absolutely. You can add as many bundles as you like to your cart. Perfect for stocking up or gifting.

As our products are high-quality food items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis; please contact our Support Team immediately if there is an issue with your delivery.

Never. Our products contain 100% natural ingredients only - no additives, no preservatives and no compromises.
If a product is out of stock, we’ll bring it back as soon as we can. You can still pre-order your favourites.

FOLI dressings and Extra Virgin Olive Oil have a shelf life of 18 months under proper conditions.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. It has a shelf life of 18 months under proper conditions.
- Classic French Dressing: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Use within six weeks of opening.
- Balsamic Vinegar: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light (ideally between 4°C and 30°C).
